Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to respect both my time and other clients waiting for the availability, the following policy is in place:

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• Emergencies and illnesses will be handled with care and discretion.
